Returns

You have Only For Physical Products 7 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags, labels and accessories.

Returns are not accepted for customized or personalized items, perishable goods, digital products or downloadable content, or products marked “Non-Returnable.”

To request a return, email downloaddevil28@gmail.com with your order details and reason.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only when defective or damaged. Email downloaddevil28@gmail.com with your order details and clear images of the product.

Late or Missing Refunds

Check your bank account, then contact your card provider and bank because processing delays may occur. If the refund is still missing, contact us.
